New Style block is freeze busted on the exterior below the head (on one side).
Oil cooler housing is freeze busted also.
Y-pipe below turbo is broken (handling damage), turbo ok.
4-valve heads are thought to be good.
Aluminum valve covers good.
Was a school engine. Low or no hours.
Crank and rods should be fine
