Manufactured by American Chain & Cable Co., ACCO Equipment Division, York, PA., believed to be their model No. H-112-31 (Fed spec. Mil-W-19882). No tag found on winch itself.
440V, 60 cycle, 3 phase,  5hp electric drive motor with starter, brake, tags on both motor and brake.
Capacity for 3000' of 7 x 7 3/32 stainless steel cable (some included). Has level wind attachment with counter to indicate payout.  Used with instrumentation to take water depth and water temperature at depth information. Weights about 950 pounds.  The bright yellow aluminum reel to the left has been sold.   Winch is only $699
